Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe International Airport and Cultural Experience in Kampala

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional guide from Verdant Safaris and transferred to Kampala, Uganda’s vibrant capital city. Begin your cultural journey with a visit to some of the city’s historical and cultural landmarks, including the Kabaka’s Palace, the Buganda Royal Mile and local craft markets where talented artisans display beautifully handmade products. You will learn about the history and traditions of the Buganda Kingdom, one of Africa’s oldest and most influential monarchies. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Ugandan cultural performance featuring music, drumming and energetic dances from various regions of the country.
