Day 1: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park and Afternoon Game Drive
After breakfast at your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala, you will be met by your professional driver-guide from Verdant Safaris and begin your journey to Lake Mburo National Park. The scenic drive takes you through Uganda’s picturesque countryside characterised by rolling hills, traditional villages and fertile farmlands. Along the way, you will make a stop at the Equator crossing for photographs, refreshments and souvenir shopping. Continue to the park and arrive in time for lunch at your luxury lodge. In the afternoon, embark on an exciting game drive through the park’s acacia-dotted landscapes in search of zebras, impalas, buffaloes, giraffes, topis, warthogs and elands, which are the largest antelope species in Africa. The park’s peaceful atmosphere and spectacular scenery provide exceptional opportunities for photography and wildlife observation. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation while enjoying the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2: Morning Nature Walk and Departure
Begin your day with an early breakfast before setting out on a guided nature walk, one of the unique experiences offered in Lake Mburo National Park. Accompanied by an experienced ranger, you will walk through the savannah and observe wildlife from a completely different perspective. You may encounter zebras, impalas, giraffes and various bird species while learning about the park’s ecosystems, animal behaviour and conservation initiatives. The morning’s peaceful atmosphere and close interaction with nature create a memorable and immersive safari experience. After the walk, return to the lodge for refreshments and check out before beginning your journey back to Entebbe. Along the way, you will enjoy scenic views of Uganda’s countryside and arrive in Entebbe in the afternoon for your onward departure or hotel drop-off.
